Member Notice - Electronic Communication Update Happy New Year to all Members. Tennis Subscriptions 2010 sees the introduction of the new method of subscription payment, namely, Direct Debit. It is important for the Club to collect subscriptions in this way as it is secure and reliable and it will help us to control our costs and improve efficiency. When you receive your annual subscription renewal request it will be accompanied by a Direct Debit form. When you have checked the details of your Membership please complete and sign the Direct Debit form and return it to the Club Office. The Club will notify your Bank / Building Society of its intention to collect your subscription in this way. Please remember that for any future payment you will be notified, in advance, of any sum to be collected by the Club. Further explanation will be included with the issue of your renewal letter.
