With an active membership and numerous courts to choose from, if you would like a game of tennis the chances of playing are high!
In addition to being able to book courts for self organised games, Wednesday evening Club Night represents an opportunity to simply turn up and play, with one, two, three or four matches almost guaranteed.
Ladies mornings, Cardio Tennis and a Sunday afternoon social session are all also available, as are a wide variety of internal leagues should you wish to play competitively. Details of the current leagues can be found on the Members’ Area of this website by clicking here. Alternatively, hard copies are displayed in the Clubhouse.
If team competition is what you are after, the Club currently fields five mens’ and four ladies’ teams in local Middlesex leagues, as well as two mens’ and two ladies’ teams in the Aegon National Club League. The standard of play is high, with the Ladies First Team retaining the National Club League (National Tier) title in 2014, which was a feat not previously seen. In addition to these competitions, the Club also enters the Middlesex Cup and various Seniors events.
Details of all the Club’s Team Captains are available by logging on to the Members’ Area and clicking on Team Captains. These Captains should be contacted by players wishing to get involved in team tennis, with the Club’s Director of Tennis, Daren Quilty, being able to advise on appropriate standards if required.
